Rome is wonderful with children. Here is how our two buildings work for families, so you can pick the right option before you book.
Our family policy
Children under 10 are not accepted at Domus Ferruccio (Via Ferruccio 44) or in the individual annex suites. Families with children under 10 are welcome when they book the whole annex apartment at the Conte Residence.
The main house is a small guesthouse with shared spaces, and we keep it calm for everyone staying there. The annex, booked as a whole, gives a family its own front door and space.
Families with children aged 10 and over
Older children are welcome in every room. At Via Ferruccio 44, the triple rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed for up to three, and the Superior Triple has a balcony. The house has a lift, a shared kitchen and a washing machine.
In the Conte Residence annex, the Double/Triple/Quadruple Suite has a queen bed and two sofa beds for up to four.
Families with younger children: the whole annex
The Conte Residence at Via Conte Verde 16, around the corner from the main house, can be booked as one apartment: two bedrooms and two private bathrooms for up to seven guests. It suits families with small children, two families travelling together, or grandparents coming along.
Every room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix.
Days out with children
